What we handle

Cases where money has gone the wrong way

Different routes recover money in different ways — a criminal complaint, a civil claim, a bank chargeback, a regulator, or a firm letter that settles it. Part of our job is choosing the route that actually works for your facts.

Online scams & fraud

Money sent to someone who was not what they claimed to be, and has since gone quiet.

  • Investment and trading platform losses
  • Fake online stores and social-media sellers
  • Impersonation and phishing transfers
  • Advance-fee and “processing fee” demands

E-commerce & refunds

Goods that never arrived, arrived broken, or a refund that was promised and never paid.

  • Non-delivery and counterfeit goods
  • Refunds withheld or endlessly delayed
  • Subscriptions that will not cancel
  • Marketplace and platform disputes

Chargebacks & banking

Card and transfer disputes where the bank has said no, or has stopped responding.

  • Card chargeback claims and appeals
  • Unauthorised and disputed transactions
  • Wire recall and freezing requests
  • Complaints to the financial regulator

Insurance claims

Claims refused, underpaid, or stalled behind paperwork that never seems to end.

  • Denied motor, medical and travel claims
  • Property and contents settlements
  • Underpaid or disputed valuations
  • Policy wording and exclusion disputes

Contract disputes

An agreement one side has not honoured, and payment that has not followed.

  • Breach of contract and non-payment
  • Service and supplier failures
  • Deposits and advances not returned
  • Termination and settlement negotiation

Debt recovery

Invoices and personal debts that are owed, acknowledged, and still unpaid.

  • Unpaid commercial invoices
  • Bounced cheques and payment default
  • Formal demand and negotiation
  • Enforcement of judgments
How it works

Four steps, and you know where you stand

You tell us what happened

Name, phone, email and the story in your own words. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

We assess it honestly

We look at the evidence, the counterparty and the timeline, then tell you whether a claim is realistic — including when it is not.

We agree the route and the fee

If there is a case worth running, you get the strategy and the costs in writing before anything starts. No surprises later.

We act and keep you updated

Demand letters, criminal complaints, civil claims, chargebacks or regulator filings — whichever fits — with progress reported as it happens.

Straight talk

What we will not tell you

Nobody can guarantee your money back

If a firm promises recovery before seeing a single document, walk away. Victims of fraud are routinely targeted a second time by “recovery agents” who take an upfront fee and disappear. It is one of the most common follow-up scams there is.

We will give you an honest read on your chances, in writing, and we will tell you when the realistic answer is that the money is gone. Where a claim is worth bringing, you will know the strategy and the cost before you commit to anything.

Questions

Before you get in touch

How much does the first assessment cost?

Nothing. You send us the facts, we tell you whether there is a realistic claim and what pursuing it would involve. You are under no obligation after that, and we do not ask for payment to give you that answer.

Can you actually get my money back?

Sometimes, and sometimes not — it depends on how quickly you acted, whether the counterparty can be identified, whether they still hold assets, and what evidence exists. We will give you a candid assessment rather than a comfortable one. Any firm guaranteeing recovery is either guessing or lying.

How quickly should I act?

Immediately. Recovery chances fall sharply with time: banks have short windows to recall transfers, card schemes impose chargeback deadlines, and money moves through accounts fast. If the loss is recent, contact your bank now and send us the details in parallel.

Do I need to have reported it to the police first?

No, but it usually helps. A police report strengthens a civil claim and is often required before banks will act. If you have not filed one, we can advise on whether and where to do so.

Is what I send you confidential?

Yes. Enquiries are treated as confidential and handled only by our legal team. See our Privacy Policy for exactly how the information is stored, used and deleted.

Do you only take UAE cases?

We are based in the UAE and act primarily on UAE-connected matters — where you are here, the counterparty is here, or the money moved through a UAE bank. For losses with no UAE connection we will tell you honestly and, where we can, point you to the right jurisdiction.

Does contacting you make you my lawyers?

Not yet. A lawyer–client relationship begins only when both sides sign a written engagement letter. Until that point, sending us information does not create a retainer and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
